★ What is the postage fee?
Postage to Peninsular Malaysia
1-3 pieces : RM7
4-6 pieces : RM8
More than 7 pieces : RM10

Postage to Malaysian Borneo
1-3 pieces : RM 10
4 and above : RM12

★ Shipping guidelines?
I will try my best to send out your parcel to Pos Laju office within 48 working hour after payment is made.

★ How do I track my parcel ?
You may track your parcel at http://www.pos.com.my/emstrack/search.asp or;
please contact Customer Service of Pos Laju at 1300 300 300

★ How to place order?

Kindly fill up the order form and ensure to read terms and conditions before proceed with your purchase.
Please notify your payment by receipt or screenshot of transaction.
I will reply for confirmation within 24 working hours.

Online transfer: Maybank2U or CimbClicks
Cash deposit / ATM transfer: Maybank or Cimb
COD: Only in Shah Alam area

Keep your receipt of transaction as the proof of payment for cdm/atm transfer. Kindly take picture of the receipt and attach in email.

★ What is your return policy?
Take your time and select item carefully but no reservation provided. All items are first come first basis. Order is confirmed once payment made. You will not eligible for refund and exchange after payment made because I will ensure the item is in good condition before it will be send to you. Exclusion given to the item that is out of stock.
